Change Template Call-SMS

I have integrate pagerduty and pingdom but my call/sms template isn’t good information.
Is it possible change template Call and sms?

With the details included within the SMS notifications and within the phone notifications, the best way to achieve this is to update the summary/title of the PagerDuty incident.

With Pingdom, you can derive the name of the PagerDuty incident either using the description field of the Pingdom webhook or the check_name field of the Pingdom webhook.

You can adjust this when editing the Pingdom integration within the service!
