I have integrate pagerduty and pingdom but my call/sms template isn’t good information.
Is it possible change template Call and sms?

Change Template Call-SMS
With the details included within the SMS notifications and within the phone notifications, the best way to achieve this is to update the summary/title of the PagerDuty incident.
With Pingdom, you can derive the name of the PagerDuty incident either using the description
field of the Pingdom webhook or the check_name
field of the Pingdom webhook.
You can adjust this when editing the Pingdom integration within the service!
